This place had a spacious and attractive room with a really comfortable bed, along with a hairdryer and a shower in the bathroom, and the decor was cozy while the service was excellent.

For the price, we got great value at the Holiday Inn in Chinle. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location near the Canyon de Chelly NM visitor center was convenient. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with directions and any assistance needed.

The restaurant was so so horrible. The front desk and gift shop staff just acted like they didn't care if you lived or died. Rooms were very clean but pillows were extremely uncomfortable

We had a very good stay. The hotel was wonderful, fairly clean, with a handy location next to the park. Got an impressive, decent size room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of outstanding food.

Conveniently located near Canyon de Chelly National Monument. Modern property with updated facilities and spacious rooms. Efficient air conditioning and comfortable beds. Nice pool for swimming. Good breakfast at the on-site restaurant. Fast wifi.

Advertised with breakfast included but you only get a $20 voucher per room ($10 per person) to spend excluding tax so you still have to pay the tax for breakfast. At checkin he receptionist told us breakfast starts at 6 but when we came at 6:30 we were told it starts at 7 so we had to wait. We wouldn't stay here again. It's overpriced for what you get.

I had a problem with the food at the restaurant my second visit. the salad bar was sparsely filled with selections. at least two of the food items had an unpleasant taste. I ordered a dessert that was very tasty, however.

The location is perfect for touring the Canyon. The hotel is fresh and clean, with good insulation for a quiet stay. The restaurant offers good service and delicious food. Checking in was easy, staff was courteous and informative. The rooms are nice and quiet, with a great water pressure in the shower. The Native-American decor creates a special atmosphere. Breakfast has a great selection of dishes cooked to order.
